Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Keryn starting taking pictures when she was five. She was given her first camera at the age of eight, which soon became a tool with which Keryn could tell a story about what she was seeing in her neighborhood and through life experiences. Striving to hone these talents, Keryn attended the Savannah College of Art and Design where she focused on portraiture and documentary photography. She started her professional photographic career working as a photo assistant and studio manager in the Hamptons (New York). There she gained invaluable lessons in telling a narrative through imagery and album layout that capture a couple’s unforgettable moments.

Wanting to experience other effective uses of photography and storytelling, Keryn headed to Chicago, Illinois to pursue a Masters degree in Journalism with a focus on magazine publishing at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. While pursuing her masters, Keryn continued to photograph weddings and shot for local publications. Keryn has continued to pursue her interest of telling the special and intimate story of a couples wedding day here in Seattle. Her pleasant demeanor and management experience are valuable assets that add to Imagine Images personal and professional way of doing business.
